Hello, Does this issue occur to all the recurrence meeting or it only happens to a specific one? You can delete this recurrence meeting via MFCMAPI and re-schedule a new one. 1. From the User workstation, login as the user and open Outlook. 2. Export the Calendar folder to an PST file as a backup. 3. Exit Outlook. 4. Start MFCMAPI.exe <http://www.microsoft.com/DownLoads/details.aspx?familyid=55FDFFD7-1878-4637-9808-1E21ABB3AE37&displaylang=en> 5. Under the Session menu, choose "Logon and Display Stores" (Choose the profile if prompted) 6. Double Click the problematic profile, and then click Open 7. Expand: Root Container -> Top of information Store 8. Double-click “Calendar”, find and delete the problematic recurrence meeting. Hi Khalidra, I've not seen this before. Just for a try.. 1. Please try to delete it from OWA 2. If outlook is on cached mode please change to online mode and do the same. Please provide your exchange version and SP including RU & also the outlook version and SP. This may help our technet experts to find a solution. I'm also waiting for this answer. Thanks & Regards, Kottees R

Thank you for your reply. We have Outlook 2010 with SP1. I have noticed that there are some calander icons in the meeting cancelation page. It happens when I want to cancle one occurance. When I try to delete the icons, outlook hangs forever!
