When a user cancells a meeting, the conference room calendar then shows the meeting as cancelled, but doesn't delete it off of the calendar. If the conf room was added as a regular user and not as a resource, the meeting does get deleted. I thought the whole purpose of a resource was to make thing automatic? How do we get the meeting to autodelete?
