Can you run reports on the utilization of an Outlook Calendar?

Hi,

I work at a corporation where we use Outlook to schedule meetings for Conference Rooms.  So, each Conference Room has its own calendar to book and see availability.  Is there a way, either on the back end or on the user's end, to run a report on the utilization of a conference room.  We are wanting to find out things like: how often the room/calendar gets used or not used each day/week/month/year, also how many meetings have been booked in that room/calendar.  I know reservation systems are designed to run reports like this, but I wasn't sure if Outlook was capable to give you that kind of information.

Thank you.

I'm sure all that could be scripted.  I do not know of any available scripts that do that.

How would you script that sort of request and who would script it?

If you're willing to learn Exchange Web Services, you could do it yourself using VBScript or PowerShell.  Otherwise you could contract with a developer who is proficient in EWS.
