Can we prevent appointment forwarding in Exchange 2007 or Exchange 2010?
We had a situation where an appointment was forwarded by one of the attendees. The appointment was forwarded to another person and when that person replied to the forward it went back to the originator of the meeting (which happens to be a VIP). Is there a way in Exchang 2007 or Exchange 2010 to prevent attendees from forwarding appointments when they are not the originator?

Once the calendar invitation leave the organization or forest, won't the outside attendees be able to forward the appointments since they won't reside under AD-RMS?

Hi RealDeal1, Per my known, if the email are sent to external users, they also no permission to forward the email without the AD-RMS's authentication. Regards!
