Can we create multiple domains in exchange server 2010 in a single computer
We are having five domains and we will use all the domains for mailing service. So, can we create all the domains in the exchange server 2010 and create all mail boxes for all the domains individually.
Please help me

Yes. If you mean SMTP domains used for receiving email. You list your 5 domains as accepted domains (at the Organization Level, Hub Transport, Accepted Domains tab).
You can then receive mail for those domains.
However... remember that you must configure external DNS so outside senders know where to direct email sent to those domains in the first place.
You can then associate whatever domain you want with the mailbox of the user.
So, if your Active Directory domain is contoso.com but part of the company operates under the name of fabrikam.com, you might have something like:
john.smith@constoso.com as the primary smtp address... but... you can add:
john.smith@fabrikam.com
And then make that the primary address for him.

I think there is a way to automate that to some extent. For example, you could find all the (mailbox) users in the OU "Dallas" (or whatever) and then assign them a primary smtp email address of
username@fabrikam.com.
You have to find something that makes sense for you. If all Fabrikam users are *not* located in Dallas or the Dallas OU, then you'd need some other criteria to group the users and then assign them the proper primary smtp address.

Are we dealing with a single Active Directory domain here? Would you want users to logon with their specific domain name too?
You CANNOT create 5 Active Directory domains on the same Exchange Server or domain controller(s) for that matter.

More here (yes to multiple SMTP "domains", no to multiple Active Directory domains on single domain controller):

Thank you. But we are having 5 domains like abc.com,abc1.com,abc2.com .... So, I need to create mail boxes individually for all those domains. I am able to create mail boxes for one domain but not for the other domains. I had done by creating the accepted
domains for those domains and email address policies but how can i create mail box for those domains. Is there any chance to create mail boxes for those domains and can we send and receive mails for those domain email addresses.
Please help me any one.
