Can see to be able to send mails to external mail server and can't connect imap from client app like outlook.
Everything thing seem to work fine when i install exchange server 2013 on my remote Host machine and i
could receive mails and send internally but for some reason i cant send mails to domains like yahoo, aol, and etc. please any help.

it never deliverers. i do not get any error nor failed delivery. and for the IMAP and POP, if keeps failing on my client apps
Log onto incoming mail server (IMAP): The connection to the server failed.

What do you mean by "it never deliverers (sic)"? Is there anything in the SMTP queues?

Do you create relevant send connector to send message to internet? If not, please refer to below link to add:

Is there any firewall or proxy server forefront your environment? Ensure 25 port is reachable.
Besides, please check deliver information by queue viewer. And test message flow by ExRCA.
