You were failed at step 9, right after you stop the CMS on the active node, right? Please check the dependencies on the resources. Incorrect dependencies will cause the same issue · “Storage Group” is dependent on “Information Store” · “Information Store” and “System Attendant” is dependent on “Network Name” · “Network Name” is dependent on “IP Address” If the method above still not works, please provide the detailed information in the error eventJames Luo TechNet Subscriber Support (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/ms788697.aspx) If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com

Have you refer the suggestion in this article? What’s the current symptom on the nodes? Please check the status of all the resources in the failover cluster management console. If there’s any offline resource, could you able to bring it online? If not, is there’s any further information in the event log? Is there any third party anti-virus on the nodes? Could you disable the anti-virus software for testing? Please run ExBPA against the CMS for health checkJames Luo TechNet Subscriber Support (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/ms788697.aspx) If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com
