Can not open Outlook via Mobile Broadband connection

Hello.

We're using Exchange mail accounts in our company and I can connect to my e-maiil account from anywhere (wi-fi, wireless) with Outlook 2013. However when I use my mobile 3G modem (connected to computer via usb) on my computer I just cant open Outlook anymore. It gives an error "Microsoft Outlook has stopped working" and it asks me to debug or close :). And of course I'm closing it.

So what's the problem here; why Outlook 2013 can't open while my computer uses Mobile connection (3G) ?

Hi,

For your question, please try to modify the configuration for Outlook:
1. Open Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Mail, then click Email Account.
2. Select one mail account which are you used, click Change.
3. Check "Use Cached Exchange Mode", and click "More Settings ..."
4. Switch to "Connection" and open "Exchange Proxy Settings ..."
5. Check "On slow networks, connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP/IP", figure as below:
