On any web browser I get a blank page with the url: https://servername.com/owa/auth/logon.aspx?url=https://servername.com/owa/&reason=0 I have made sure the correct server features have been installed. Add-WindowsFeature NET-Framework,RSAT-ADDS,Web-Server,Web-Basic-Auth,Web-Windows-Auth,Web-Metabase,Web-Net-Ext,Web-Lgcy-Mgmt-Console,WAS-Process-Model,RSAT-Web-Server,Web-ISAPI-Ext,Web-Digest-Auth,Web-Dyn-Compression,NET-HTTP-Activation,RPC-Over-HTTP-Proxy I ran Test-OwaConnectivity which did no return any errors. imap / pop / activesync / outlook all connect fine. Any ideas? Thanks, Steve

Hi, 1. Please try to use https://ip address/owa to test the issue. 2. Please check the permission of OWA Auth.dll, we should have Read and Execute permission. 3. Please check the authentication settings for Exchange related virtual directory from IIS manger and EMC. They are could be the same. 4. Please try to remove FBA and check if it works fine from everywhere. Besides, please apply rollup 2 to all the exchange server roles and then test the issue again. This did the trick. I also had to change the authentication to windows. I can now login but no images are displayed and you can not click on any of the links. Have tried with IE8 and Safari on mac. Thanks, Steve

Hi,After you have done the modification on the IIS settings, I recommend you to run IISreset.Besides, what is the version of your OWA folder under .../Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\ClientAccess\Owa, please try to copy the content from latest version folder and then past to the "Current" folder. After that, please check the isseue again.Regards,Xiu

Hi,Please ensure that the Authentication on ECP Match with the Authentication on OWA Vdir. If it is Basic it should be basic on Both and if it is FBA it should be FBA on both.Besides, please try to open IE without any add-ons to test the issue. Please start the computer in safe mode with network connectivity and then test the issue again. You receive an error message in Internet Explorer: "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"http://support.microsoft.com/kb/956196Regards,Xiu
