I can not log into my Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access at all anymore and I am not sure why this is?

1. Are you getting any errors in the page while login?

2 Is it like an access denied message?

3. OWA page itself is not accessible?

This is the login site I usually go too but it is telling me that I have an incorrect username or password and I know for a fact that I have the right password and username

Okay. Have you tried to login like domain name\username and user@domain.com?

Check the active directory and make sure that the account is not disabled?

Hope, all the Exchange services are up and running, databases are mounted etc.

so login with my username ompaichholzc@bluffton.edu  and then my password I just tried that and that didnt work. I dont know what you mean check the active directory I do not know how to do this and I am not sure what you mean on your last line item either I am very novice when it comes to a computer sorry

I assumed that the email server is managed within your premise by an administrator. If so, they can help on this.

I have never heard of an administrator this is a university email and I have used it for close to 8 years

Some how the account has got some changes. The email administrator can only fix if that is the case
