Senario: Windows 2003 Server, AD2003 R2 in Native mode. Problem: If I go to ADUC and open the properties on a group then click "members". It brings up the membership of that group then to add a user I click on ADD and up comes the Select Users, Contacts, Computers, or Groups dialog box. If I try to add certain users in this box it says that it can't find them, the kicker is that some users are found but others are not. I went through the users and do not see any differences to them. I also am only able to search for users in this dialog box by the users logon name and not by any other attribute such as display name. If anyone has any ideas as to why this is this way please let me know... thanks.
