HI, Per my knowledge you cannot manage Global address list directly using Outlook 2003 or 2007, you have to use Public folder or SharePoint for this purpose. For more information please refer below articles.ResourcesUsing Public Folders to Hold Company Contactshttp://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF018.htmlConfigure Public Folder to Hold Default Contacts Listhttp://www.petri.co.il/configure_public_folder_to_hold_default_contacts_list.htmregards Chinthaka Shameera | MCITP: EA | MCSE: M | http://howtoexchange.wordpress.com/

HI, There are no changes between Exchange 2007 and exchange 2003 creating contact list in public folder. Just use outlook and create public folder, then select Contact items under folder contains drop down menu.Regards Chinthaka Shameera | MCITP: EA | MCSE: M | http://howtoexchange.wordpress.com/

Exchange 2010 RBAC permission model allows to give permission to end-users to let them change the GAL information from Exchange Control Panel.... But this wouldn't be possible in Exchange 2007 Amit Tank | MVP Exchange Server | MCITP: EMA | MCSA: M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
