Can be daily calendar sorted by categories?

Which "daily calendar" in which version of Outlook?

If there are set categories for each calendar item, can be this view also sorted by category or it is some rule which defines sorting?

Example: Calendar item1 is red, Calendar item2 is green. Green should be together when I see daily calendar.

No, it is still unclear what you mean with "daily calendar".

You can change your view of your Calendar into a list view and sort it by Category via:
View-> Current View->By Category

You can then apply a filter to only show Today's item's via:
View-> Current View-> Customize Current View...-> Filter...
