Can anyone confirm that this OneNote for Mac keyboard shortcut works as documented on OSX:  Command+Shift+Up Arrow /Down Arror

This list of OneNote for Mac keyboard shortcuts  link.

(under: Navigating Within a Notebook )

shows:

Move the current paragraph or several selected paragraphs up.

COMMAND + Shift + Up Arrow

Move the current paragraph or several selected paragraphs down.

COMMAND + Shift + Down Arrow

But I can't seem to get it to work.  I've gone through the System Preferences looking for conflicts but haven't had any luck.

Can anyone else confirm that it works for them?

Thanks,

Alex

Hi Alex,

Based on my research, some community members were able to make the keyboard shortcut key work after disabling the "Mission Control" and "Application Windows" in System Preferences. You may also have a try and then check if this issue persists.

Since this forum is for general questions and feedback related to Microsoft Office for Windows, and we don't have an OneNote for Mac environment, if you need further assistance regarding this issue, I'd recommend you post a new question to the following forum:

The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us. Thank you for your understanding.
