Hi,

I recently tried to set up a live meeting to allow an external stakeholder to give me an overview of a system. To do this the 3rd party would need to share their desktop. ( FYI - I have tried to get the 3rd party to send me a live meeting invite but my company block this page so I cannot attend).

I set up the live meeting and ensured that the 3rd party was set up as a presenter. When the 3rd party tried to access the share your desktop button this was greyed out. Additionally I also had an internal colleague attend the live meeting and he was able to show his desktop without any issue.

Do you have any idea if it is possible for a 3rd party from an external company to share their desktop with me? If so can you try and help me make it happen?
