Can MS Transporter mailbox migration tool be used as a standalone tool??
Hi, I am currently trying to migrate Lotus Notes 7 .nsf files into a newly installed Exchange 2007 (on server 2008) environment. I do not require a co-existing environment, I just would like to migrate the .nsf mailbox archive files into exchange. My question is; is it possible to just use the mailbox migration tool that comes with the transporter suite as a standalone tool in order to import the files into Exchange? I have attempted this already and keep getting the below error: Error: The database 'C:\Users\administrator.domainname\Desktop\username.nsf' could not be opened on server 'Local'. The Notes API returned the following error: Could not open the ID file Also, I'm afraid I know VERY little about Notes, which may be quite obvious. Any pointers would be appreciated! BTW, my new environment consists of a 2008 DC, an Exchange 2007 server, and a couple more member servers. All newly installed...

As per my knowledge, yo dont need to configure anything about connectors, but you should at least configure Lotus client and enter the credentials when connecting...CapecolMCSA - MCTS Exchange Server 2007
