Can I turn off the Email that Unified messageing sends with the Wav attachment

I have a customer who has a requirement to not get the Wav files in their email.

They need it to act like the legacy voicemail system. You have to call in to listen to your voicemails.

I have seen where you can turn off the preview, but feel that is only the transcribed voicemail. Am I wrong in that assumption?

I'm not sure what a legacy voicemail system works like, would you please let me know it in detail?

Please also let me know how you turn off the preview, do you mean turning off the attachment preview in Outlook 2010?
