Can I make all Outlook calendars 'shared' by default?
Is there a security setting or command that will make all user's calendars shared {read only} to all users?

I open PFDAVADMIN and it retrieves the list of mailboxes, however when I try to expand a mailbox to see the permissions, it gives this error:Could not expand ...{mailbox path}... The remote server returned an error: (404) not found.Any ideas?

Hi Mark, Would you please let me know whether you have Exchange 2003 or Exchange 2007? If it is Exchange 2007, please ensure that you configure the PFDavAdmin tool to connect to mailbox server. If it is possible, I recommend you run the tool on Mailbox server directly in order to bypass other software/device which may affect the access. Please also ensure the ExAdmin virtual directory exists on the Mailbox Server and configured correctly. You can refer to following article for the default settings for ExAdmin virtual directory Default settings for Exchange-related virtual directories in Exchange Server 2007 http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2008/02/01/447989.aspx If the issue persists, please post related IIS log on the mailbox server for further check. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Mike Shen TechNet Subscriber Support in forum If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The mail server is a Server2008 Datacenter system virtualized using Hyper-V. Exchange is version 2007. I'll post a link to some screenshots shortly.

Found this in the application log - we do have a cert for mail.gsnetx.org though and OWA sees it fine:Log Name: ApplicationSource: MSExchangeTransportDate: 12/22/2009 3:06:37 AMEvent ID: 12014Task Category: TransportServiceLevel: ErrorKeywords: ClassicUser: N/AComputer: V-EXCHANGE2007.gsnetx.orgDescription:Microsoft Exchange couldn't find a certificate that contains the domain name mail.gsnetx.org in the personal store on the local computer. Therefore, it is unable to support the STARTTLS SMTP verb for the connector Exchange Server 2007 SMTP Connector with a FQDN parameter of mail.gsnetx.org. If the connector's FQDN is not specified, the computer's FQDN is used. Verify the connector configuration and the installed certificates to make sure that there is a certificate with a domain name for that FQDN.
