Can I group together e-mails that don't have identical subject?

Hi,

I would like to group emails that have similar but not identical subject as a conversation

For example:

I would like those three emails to group to the same subject (according to the dame version 8.3.0.149)

Automated >> Gesher >> 8.3.0.149 >>

Automated >> MPMRx >> 8.3.0.149 >>

Automated >> RMX1500 >> 8.3.0.149 >>

Can I customize the rule of the group by

Thanks,

Eddie

Hi,

We can't achieve this goal. Messages that share the same subject appear as Conversations when Conversations is turned on. We can only filter the messages that have same words in the subject out with the Filter feature.

Or, we can add same category to the messages you want to put in a group, and then set all messages to group by Category. See:
