In previous versions of Visio this has not been available. Is it in 2013? This feature is critical to show employees by department without having to put on single page (too small to see when there are 300 employees!) Hyperlinks are not easy for all to follow and create more hassle for my time.

As far as I know there is no expand or collapse options for shapes in Visio 2013. L
