I have a single exchange 2003 enterprise. I want to configure exchange 2003, If any user send an email to anyone an automatic read and delivery request should be initiated by Exchange 2003.Its not possible for me to configure each user's outlook for reciept and delivery request.Is there any way to configure this setting on exchange 2003 ?

Actually that's the outlook setting and it can not be configured from Exchange Server. Alternatively you can configure Office/Outlook GPO to force the delivery and read receipts for each emails centrally. Thanks Amit for the replyActually In my setup nobody is using microsoft outlook to connect to exchange server, all users are dialing cisco vpn to reach exchange segment and using OWA for snding or recieving emails.So In this case as you mention its not possible to configure read and delivery reciept from exchange server.

Yeh,unfortunately it is not possible to configure from server. You can set in owa to force the readreceiptby going into Options ->Privacy and Junk E-mail Prevention -> Choose how to respond to requests for read receipts: -> and select "Always send a response".
