Hi, If I don't misunderstand you you can add gmail mailbox into your outlook which already configured for domain mailbox. And you can check them both. File>account setting>email>new>email account>next>input right information>next>finish If any misunderstanding please feedback.Best Regards!

Sure, outlook can handle multiple mail accounts at the same time, but there must be support for the account type in outlook ( an account service). I havent seen a service for gmail in outlook, this doesnt meen it doesn't exist one, just that I havent seen it. perhaps gmail support POP or IMAP, then outlook can be used for this. lasse at humandata dot se, http://anewmessagehasarrived.blogspot.com

Hi, Presently, you can access multiple email accounts in MS outlook application. Not all free e-mail providers are recognized by MS Outlook. I will advice you create your gmail setting either using POP or IMAP protocol using File-- > Account setting-- > email--> New--- > email account---> next--- >input your gmail account setting (here you can select POP3 or IMAP server type). If you are particular to have your mailbox folders the same way you have it when you login via web then I will advice you select IMAP b’cos IMAP does folder synchronization of mailbox folders as to download of inbox that POP3 does.
