Can't send one specific email!!! (Outlook 2007)
Hey all, I've been having this strange problem with one of my users in which we've been trying to send a text email (13k only) to all staff using Microsoft Outlook 07. This specific email stays in outbox and no error message is generated. I tried to check the setting, restart outlook, restart computer, recreate mail account, retype the whole text and email addresses in new message and retype all full email addresses instead of names and shortcuts....with no use!!! The message is sent now using web access but the user will definitely need to send a broadcast message any time. My email is hosted with the local ISP and I dont have exchange yet. I also tried test messages from the user to my account and vise versa, send/receive is just fine. Finally I senta test message to the same recipients and it went well!! Only this user is unable to send this specific message!! Any ideas what causes this problem?!!! Your support is appreciated.

Hi, I would like to confirm whether this issue only existed on the special email, did you try to create a different email to all staff? I suggest we inquiry the ISP and confirm whether any requirement need to betaken into account. Thanks Allen
