I'm in the middle of migration from 2010 to 2013.  So far I was able to successfully install 2 2013 servers with DAG and migrated one of the test mailboxes to 2013 server.  At this point I'm able to send and receive email in Outlook and able to receive email on OWA. But when I attempt to send email from OWA (2013) nothing happens.  I can see sent email from in message tracking tool from Outlook but not for OWA. Please help

Did you get any warning/error message when unable to send through OWA ?

Please run Test-ServiceHealth | FT Role,RequiredServicesRunning -AutoSize and see the results
Incorrect DNS bindings to the exchange server server will cause this problem

1. Disable all other network interfaces that you are not using with Exchange.

2. Make sure that you select the correct DNS setting in Server\<Excahgne server Name>

3. Make sure to create a reverse lookup zone along with configuring the DNS setting with the right IP to liste

Can you please check the drafts folder in OWA if the messages are in there, on your exchange server can you please see if you also have set exclusion in antivirus for exchange related file, folder.
