Hello all

The boss where I work has shared his email/contacts/calendar with one of the secretaries.  The problem is she can't search his contact list.  She can view it, but when she tries to search for anything > No results found.  He can search is own and she can search hers.  But she can not search the shared list, ( quick search or advance ).    Any ideas?

What's the exact permission for the secretaries to this shared folder? If there is no issue in folder permission settings, please remove the shared folder in the secretaties side and add the shared folder back in Outlook to have a try.

Additionally, please check whether the issue happens in Outlook Online mode. Also try to reset folder view to have a try.
