Can't reply to Customer Service Requests from Website
Have a customer service portion on our website which allows users to send in requests, when recieved in outlook i hit reply and the address is not automatically put into the to field, however if i do it from my blackberry it works fine, just wondering if anyone is aware of any setting which may affect this. Using Exchange 2003 SP2 and Outlook 2003 and 2007, BES 4.2.1. Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks
