Can't make any changes to exchange
We recently installed a one server exchange 2010 server and finally were able to get mail routed correctly and running. Now we are trying to configure mobile access for cell phones. Now any change that we try to make gives us the following error Error: Active Directory operation failed on COMDC1.muskogeeonline.org. This error is not retriable. Additional information: Access is denied. Active directory response: 00000005: SecErr: DSID-03151CAD, problem 4003 (INSUFF_ACCESS_RIGHTS), data 0 The user has insufficient access rights. It comes up for almost any change we try to make on exchange. All the information i've found online said to make sure that the user's security had the inherit permissions box checked, and it does. Users are also complaining of outlook 2007 prompting for a password every few minutes. Exchange connectivity never goes out, but every time it goes to send/receive it asks for a password. Please help us out, This server is in production and would like to get it back up and running properly.

Hi, Clarify: I want to confirm the following information: 1. Is there any other error in your event log? 2. Does Outlook work well? What is about OWA? Troubleshoot: 1. Use ExBPA to do a test and post the results . 2. If there is any error in your event log, please paste in your next post. If the issue persists, please help me to collect the above information. Thanks, EvanPlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
