Can't find resolution for a specific Dynamics CRM Email Router error
I have a client that is encountering this error on a Windows 2008 Server running Exchange Server 2010 and the latest build of the Dynamics CRM 4.0 Email Router. Dynamics CRM itself resides on another Windows 2008 Server with SQL 2008. I have
not been able to find anything regarding this error at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated. John

Hi,
Since we only discuss the Exchange issue on the pure Exchange product environment in this forum, I suggest you create a new thread in the CRM forum. It will require
the CRM related knowledge which we do not have enough resource. Thank you for your understanding.
For your reference, I have enclosed the CRM forum link below:

Meanwhile, I would like to share you the following article to troubleshoot the issue.

Novak,
This is still unresolved. I understand that the error states that the source is the email router but this error appears to be referencing an XML located in Exchange Server and therefore my post here.

Hi John,
Based on my research, this symptom is related to CRM settings which we do not have enough knowledge about it. I found some relevant issue in CRM forum and you can
refer to the link below to troubleshoot the issue.
http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en/crm/thread/d44babe6-87c4-4a85-96de-4b46c2b2980c
However, if the issue persists, it’s highly recommended to create a new thread in CRM thread. Thank you for your understanding.
