I am unable to change the font size for Access 2010 help.  It is stuck on the smallest font size.  I can change the text size option on the toolbar but it has no effect on the actual displayed font.  I am not having this problem in any of the other Office 2010 components.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

Are you seeing the 'Change Font Size' icon and the associated drop-down?

What Windows operating system are you using?

All the options under Accessibility are already as you suggested.  The current Webpage font is Times New Roman and the Plain text font is Courier New.  What do you suggest I change these to?  There is no option to change the size of the font.
