Can't change Access 2010 Help font size

I am unable to change the font size for Access 2010 help.  It is stuck on the smallest font size.  I can change the text size option on the toolbar but it has no effect on the actual displayed font.  I am not having this problem in any of the other Office 2010 components.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

Are you seeing the 'Change Font Size' icon and the associated drop-down?

What Windows operating system are you using?

Hi,

As far as I know, this issue might be caused by the settings of IE browser. Please try the following steps:

Open IE>Internet Option>General>Accessibility>Uncheck all the option>Click Font option>Change the font.

Hope it's helpful.

I tried using Calibri and repairing Office 2010 to no effect.

Here is an example of font set to largest size in help:

And here is an example with the font size set to smallest:

Note that the only font that changes size is the line pointed to by the red arrow.
