Can't access contacts on outlook.com

I'm using outlook.com email and since today can't access my contacs - I get the following message:

X-OWA-Error: Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.UserHasNoMailboxException

:-( something went wrong A mailbox couldn't be found for xxxxxx@outlook.com. If the problem continues, contact your email admin.

Hi,

Is this Outlook.com account a personal account, or provided by your company?

Are you using Outlook to access your Outlook.com account?

Based on the message you provided, I feel like the message was more Exchange related, how did you configure the account in Outlook? Via Exchange ActiveSync?

Logon the webmail to see if you can still view the contacts information from there, make sure the account status is good:

https://status.live.com/

Hi,

this is personal outlook account, and I'm using outlook.com to access it. Emai, Calendar, Drive - all works, but contacts instead of going to people.live.com when I click on contacts - goes to "https://outlook.live.com/owa/#wa=wsignin1.0" and is being stuck there. This happens on Firefox browser.

My account status is good, and I have no problems with contacts on my phone.

I have the same problem with outlook.com (goes to https://outlook.live.com/owa/#wa=wsignin1.0 instead).

But I also lost ALL of my contacts from my Android smartphone and I am unable to sync them (synchronization ends successfully, but no contacts are added).

P.S. https://status.live.com/ shows that People service is running normaly.

P.S.S. I've tried to access People from my work network and my home network and with different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, IE) <- everywhere da same - blank page with URL https://outlook.live.com/owa/#wa=wsignin1.0

Peaple section still doesn't work for me, but I was able to get my contacts back: simply removed my outlook.com account from my phone and added it back afterwards. ;)
