Hi Nick You are being redirected to the ECP (Exchange Control Panel) which is the "See all options" page in OWA. Does OWA work internally? What happens if you log in to OWA and click on "see all options"? Cheers, Steve

If you are using an Exchange 2010 management account that does not have a mailbox, you will not be able to get into ECP. This is my situation right now and have seen the exact same problem in my environment. I'm sure if ECP was broken, you would have lots of other users calling in about it, just as steve said, when you click on see all options in OWA, it takes you to ECP.

Good point, you can go to https://owa.yourdomain.com/ecp if your admin account doesn't have a mailbox.

The account I'm using has it's mailbox on our old Exchange 2003 server. Would moving it to the new Exchange 2010 server help? Nick V. Kosmas
