Can't Propose new time in calendar (Outlook 2013)

Hello,

I received new meeting request and i want to decline/tentative it and propose new time.
When i'm changing the time i get this error message: "you must specify a valid date and/or time. Check your entries in this dialog box to verify they represent a valid date and/or time."
The proposed date and time are valid.

I'm using an exchange (2013) account, i have many users in my organization and everyone are able to do so.
I have this issue with a specific user.

Any suggestions ?
Thank You All.

Hi,

Please make sure the specific user's Outlook Calendar time zone has been configured the same as others:

File -> Options -> Calendar -> Time zones.

Then we can also check the user's Auto Accept/Decline settings in Outlook, and compare if they are the same as other users who don't meet this issue:

File -> Options -> Calendar -> Automatic accept or decline -> Auto Accept/Decline button.

We can also let the user propose a new time from the calendar on OWA to try again. This will help determine whether this issue is Outlook client specific.

Hi,

Thank you for your respond.

unfortunately, in my owa i don't see the "propose new time" option in the calendar.

The rest of the options are as already as you suggested.

Other ideas?

Hi,

How about other users? Do they have the option on their OWA?

You can also create a new Outlook Profile for that user to check if the problem persists with the new Profile(You don't have to remove the previous one):

Control Panel -> Mail -> Show Profiles -> Add.

Hi,

Other users also don't have this option in owa (we're using exchange 2013, not office 365).

Already tried new profile and it doesn't help, the problem still occur.

Other suggestions ?

Thanks,

Liran.
