Some assistance please.

Please note I am an amateur at this, so answers not to technical please!!

I use Outlook 2013 calender, which syncs to outlook.com, and then this syncs with my i-phone calander.

If I change the date of a calender event on my i-phone this syncs back to outlook.com and outlook 2013.

But, if I amend an event in Outlook 2013, it is not updated to outlook.com or my i-phone.

This is quite frustrating!! Is there something I need to add to get this to work..

How did you set up Outlook.com in your Outlook? Via Exchange ActiveSync protocol?

Please try modifying the following registry and then test the issue again:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\EAS

DWORD: pushduration

Value: <time in minutes> 

The best value for this key name is 1 minute shorter than the session time-out configured on the firewall. You can contact your network administrator to find out this value rather than by going by trial and error as indicated below.
