Calender and Contact Sharing With Exchange 2003
My client wants to make a contacts list that can be shared and modified by all. He also wants a default calender that does the same. How can I do this so that all changes are made available to all users as a default. They are using outlook 2003 and exchange 2003. Is this possible

You can use Public Folders to do this, just create a new folder for Contact objects and another for a shared Calendar, and then set the permissions accordingly so that all users can modify objects as you see fit.

Thank You, How would I move them to the public folder could I use a simple import on the calender and contacts. Is there anyway to set this up so on the client machines these are the default calenders and contacts

What the information did you move or import? Is it the contacts and various calendar information?
