Hi We created 4 user accounts (for Meeting Room bookings), and through Outlook we enabled free / busy to automatically accept & decline meeting requests. The purpose is to enable these resources for all domain users. Is there anything else we have to configure with permission. Thanks LMSLMS

If you want the users to be able to look in the calendar you also have to set the permission on the calendar so that standard/anonymous has the rights that is needed. /MartinExchange is a passion not just a collaboration software.
