Hi all,we are using Microsoft Exchange 2003 server and a user's got 2 calendars in its Outlook. The user doesn't have its calendar shared or share it with someone.Could you please indicate the step to follow and verification that needs to be done from the MS Exchange 2003?For more info: user has 2 calendars in its Outlook and is unable to send new meetingrequestswhen sending meeting request. An error message appears: "Responses to this meeting request will not be tailed because this meeting is not your main Calendar folder. Is this OK?"A new Outlook profile has been created without success.... [I've just started in that position.. ;-S Thanks 4 ur help]Graig

Hi Graig,Did you try by running outlook /resetfolders switch?Using Command lineshttp://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/commandlines.htmTake backup of calendars by exporting to PST before running this switch for safer side.Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

Thank you very much for your answer. That command needs to be run from the user workstation I guess... what does that command do?Should I verify something else from MS Exchange 2003 or the server?

Yes it requires to run on workstation where outlook installed, this is outlook.exe switch and it restores default folders for the default delivery location. You can also check in OWA that how many calendar folder exists. This is happening for one user only so looks like user mailbox has some issues, nothing realted to whole server.Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
