Calendar view
Hi I have a user who is accessing their account via OWA. Can Exchange 2010 be configured that when the person logs on they only see the calendar and contact information. Thanks

You can limit some view using OWA segmentation and possibly OWA light. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123962.aspx http://blogs.technet.com/b/ilvancri/archive/2010/04/07/exchange-2010-owa-versus-owa-light.aspx Sukh

Hi, Although we can disable all the other segmentations except calendar and contacts, We can’t remove deleted items, mail, address book and so on. These options are write in .aspx and .xml files. I think you could disable OWA and enable Outlook anywhere , so that users can access calendar and contacts without OWA internal and external. Or you may go Development forum to configure your own OWA web. Development Forum: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvrdevelopment/threads/ Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.
