I have two locations that are both exchange 2010 sp1. I have both of the added as federated domains. I have a an organization and sharing policy set up on each side. I have verified that the federation is up and running correctly on both servers. I can still not share calendars between the sites. I get the error that one is is not set up for secure calendar sharing. Both sides are set up the same but both sides say that side A is not set up the same. Any suggestions?

I would recommend starting by running Test-FederationTrust in/for all organizations. If that comes back clean then I would recommend checking the status/configuration of the Organization Relationship and the Federation Trust objects that you can view in the EMC at the Organization Management level to make sure you're sharing the information that you intend to.
