Calendar organizer rights
Hi,We have to promote any person at our company to became "meeting organizer" with full access on our shared location - rooms (available when adding meeting request and assing it to any location). Problem is when any collegue forget to delete some meetings, and then any other user cannot delete that meeting. So, we want to promote one or two person with full access to LOCATIONS (at meeting request) to be able delete that items. How to manage their rights on Exchange level? We are using Exchange 2007.Thanks.

Hi James, I am not sure whether I understand your question correctly. I guess that you would like to give some persons permission to remove meeting on the Room mailbox in case the original meeting organizer forget to cancel the meeting on room mailbox. If I am off base, please let me know. I think that you can run following command to give user full access permission to the room mailbox Add-mailboxpermission room mailbox user username accessrights fullaccess Add-MailboxPermission http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124097.aspx After that, the user should be open the room mailbox through OWA or Outlook to delete meeting on the mailbox.
