Calendar items visible in OWA but not in Outlook
Hello, I'm testing with Exchange 2010. I have 2 test users (user.a and user.b) Both have their calendar's shared with one another. I'm noticing that when 1 of the users created an appointment in OWA it is only visible to the other user in OWA. Outlook seems to think the user doesn't have any rights to the calendar. What could be happening her and how do you fix it? Thanks.

What are they doing in Outlook to try to view the folder? What are their folder rights set to? -- Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems." . They are each set to reviewer according to OWA. Howerever according to Outlook (2007) they dont' have any rights. The rights seem to not be replicating between OWA and Outlook.

Is Outlook in cached mode? If so, try turning it off and see if the rights start to look alike. If that fixes it, then you're seeing a latency or malfunction in Outlook's cached mode. -- Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems." . Ed, Thanks for the reply I really appriciate it. When I turned off cached mode I continued to see the calendars in OWA but lost all visibility in Outlook with an error saying that I didn't have sufficient permissions to look at the calendar. I would appriciate any further suggestions you may have. Checked the user that I lost connection to when I turned off cached mode. The calendar permissions were set for "Free/Busy, Time, subject, location" Once I increased that to "Reviewer" I was able to get what I was looking for. Do you know of any documentation on calendar permissions and what exactly each level can and connot do? Thanks

You need to ensure that you had give full access to open another's calendar firstly. Whether each other could open another's calendar or not?
