Calendar item missing in Organizer Calendar
We are running in exchange 2003 environment one of the user send meeting request to 13 attendees(they able to see the meeting in their calendar) everybody accepted In Organizer's sent items meeting request is there but its not in his calendar(sure he did not delete it) Is any way to move the item from sent items to Calendar in that case what will be the message class. (IPM.Appointment or IPM.Schedule)

I've never tried it. What about opening the item and making a modification to it and then resending it? Hi Rich thanks for the reply I managed somewhat with below steps Open MFCMAPI Go to Session->Logon and Display Store Table Select your profile (Ensure Outlook profile is configured in online mode) Select Mailbox Expand "Root Container" Expand "Top of Information Store" Double click "Sent Items" and select the problematic meeting request. Right click on the problematic meeting request and select “Copy Messages” Went back to "Top of Information Store" select "Calendar" double click on it Right click and choose “paste messages” Select the “PR_Message_Class” of the problematic meeting request which copied from "Sent Items" and pasted in “calendar” choose Edit and change the Property from IPM.Schedule.Meeting.Request to IPM.Appointment also change the property of 8217 to 1 from 3 Now I able to view the meeting item in Calendar Your suggestion is highly welcome on this. Hi Shaik, Thanks for your update and it is glad to hear the problem has be resolved. Just for your questions on “Is any way to move the item from Sent Items to Calendar”, the answer is Not need. Meeting request (regardless being sent from Sent Items or being received in Inbox) will be update to Calendar folder automatically via Sniffer in Exchange 2003 system. After Exchange 2007, it is replaced by Exchange Calendar Assistant. So the issue you encountered was highly likely caused by the sniff issue. If the issue reoccurs, try command “Outlook /cleansniff” to see if this works. Hi Fiona I did try the sniffer(cleansniff) but did not help :( But my suggestion will help you if the meeting item deleted from the calendar (unable to retrieve) but its availble in sent Items. Appreciate your comments Regards Shaik
