Calendar appointments are 1 hour off only in Outlook Web Access Light version
Environment: Exchange 2007 SP3 Rollup 4 on Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard x64 w/SP2 I have one user (that I know of) whose calendar appointments are off by 1 hour ONLY when he views his calendar in Outlook Web Access Light, no matter what browser. If he opens the appointment from the calendar view, the time is correct in the detail, but on the calendar they all appear 1 hour earlier than they should. If he views his calendar in the IE "rich" version the appointments are fine. Outlook displays them correctly too.

I posted that before I saw yours - my page hadn't refreshed. I thought it sounded like a bug too, but I can't find anyone else who's even seen this.

Yeah, unfortunately he needs it because he travels in far off places where internet is REALLY SLOW.

You're welcome to call PSS and request assistance. As I understand it, if it's a bug, they won't charge you. But confirm that with them when you call.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

Well, each time we've updated to the latest rollup it hasn't fixed the problem, and the notes for RU5 don't say this is addressed. We do plan to upgrade to 2010 in a couple months, so I guess we'll see if the problem follows us. I assume it will because I think it has something to do with this user's data and how it's getting interpreted in OWA Light.

Hi Robert, It is a good idea to upgrade exchange 2007 to exchange 2010. :) If you have any questions during the process, please feel free let us know. If you do not want to update the exchaneg 2007 for the latest version, how about to move the issue mailbox to the new database or repair the issue mailbox to make some tests. Because the issue just happen to the special mailbox. If you do not care the odd issue due to the upgrade, could I close the thread for you. Regards! Hi Robert, Could you please check the time zone through the OWA, and do you apply dst update: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/926666 http://support.microsoft.com/gp/cp_dst Regards! Thanks for the suggestion, but that update is for Exchange 2003, we're on 2007. I did install all DST updates as they came out in 2007 and 2008 (and since, if any). The user's time zone correctly reads "Pacific Time" but doesn't specify PST or PDT, and it's only this user, and only in Web Access Light.
