Look like according to this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2201236 this bug was fixed in Exchange 2007, but on my 2010 SP2 14.2 247.5 it's still present! Is there any way to fix this?

Hi, That problem was solved in RU1 for Exchange 2010 SP2. See: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2549255 RU3 was released the other day so I recommend you to install that one. Martina Miskovic
