Calendar Location Disappears when adding users to the entry

Hi

We have an issue with outlook 2010 public folder calendar. when modifying the calendar entry and adding users to the invitees the Location (ROOM) disappears and they need to re-add. This happens to only this calendar and for all users. Apparently it only started a few weeks ago however nothing has been changed on the Exchange side e.g. updates.

please let me know if you have any ideas why this is happening.

Hi,

As mentioned nothing has been changed on the Exchange side, then we may probably find the cause on the client.

Please first start Outlook in Safe Mode:

Press Win + R, type "outlook.exe /safe" in the Run window, Press Enter.

Then create a meeting to try again, does the issue persist? If yes, we may suspect some add-ins caused the problem, disable the suspicious add-ins to verify which one caused the issue.

We can also start Outlook in both Online Mode and Cached Exchange Mode to check if there is any difference.
