Calendar Labels/Color Coding gone after import...
We had to export a users mail, delete their mailbox, create a new mailbox and then import their mail. After the import, all the calendar items are there, but none of the labels/solor coding is there. Is there any way to get that back? Thanks,Justin

Probably not. What did you export it to? What versions of Exchange and Outlook? How did you export it? How did you import it?

We exported using the Export function in Outlook.Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2007Exported to file, then imported the same.We might have figured out the issue. I was talking with the guy that actually did the export and he exported and imported the information using Outlook 2003. The user is using Outlook 2007, so that may be why. We are still looking in to it.Thanks,Justin

Very likely. OL 2003 and OL 2007 store categories and colors differently on the messages. You could do a restore of the mailbox store, then re-export the mailbox using OL 2007 or using ExMerge. With ExMerge you can choose to just export the calendar folder and re-import that. Up to the user how important that activity would be though.
