Hi,Got this very strange problem with our Exchange 2007 Server. Free/Busy information is not available from 3 months laterFor example, users want to book an appointment for sth Dec this year. They cannot see the attendees free/busy information from Outlook calendar. But if its for say Oct, everything is fine. Checked Public Folder - > System Folders -> SCHEDULE Free + Busy, permissionseems alright. Dont think it is the cause anyway, otherwise, they should have problem regardless when the appointment is.Strange, very strange...

This is defaultbehavior, calendar free/busy information is published by default for 3 months which needs to be change from outlook side in Tools menu -> Options -> Calendar Options -> Free/Busy Options.
