I am adding some more comment to clear the question.I have completely migrated Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007.We have some remote user those are connecting to Exchange 2007 with the help of VPN.Whenever they try to check Calendar availability of others person(Either those are on Outlook2007 or Outlook 2003), it shows "No updates free/busy information".What i have done to rectify the issue is, i have make host entry on remote user machine for Autodiscover and point it to Our Exchange 2007 Ip.After doing it , it popup a certificate message i have installed it and Wow My calendar was working perfectly. But now the security popup comes evertime whenever i opened my outlook first time with three tab "Yes" "No" "Install Certificate" and i have to click on Yes every time else my calendar availability not work properly.Waiting for right answer/solution.Thanks

It sounds like your AutoDiscovery is not working properly.I'd start with this:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb232838(EXCHG.80).aspx

Thanks Mjolinor,Might be you are right. But i am not getting this message for all Domain added machine, it is happening only with Remote user those are not having domain profile but using Exchange profile. And the main fact is when i have made some changes for autodiscover.xml file in registry it is working very fine. But Remote users are getting popup message every time when they reopen/restart their outlook and they have to click on Yes tab then they can check Calendar availablity.ThanksAmit Rawat

You say they click "Yes" 3 times. Are they ever choosing to install the certificate?
February 25th, 2010 3:27pm

Yes, First time after migration i had made manual entry for Autodiscover on their machine then i had installed certificate on their machine. But now whenever they open or restart their outlook first time in a day, they get popup and they have to click on Yes tab otherwise they can't able to check other user calendar availability. Thanks

It sounds like they're having problems with the cert. Is that a private cert, and is there anything that would prevent them from getting to wherever the CRL for the certs would be published?

I don't have any type of cert for my exchange but as you know while installation Exchange 2007, it installeds default cert to use autodiscover and availability service. For this it is generating the popup.I have read somewhere i have to create srv record in public dns for remote users those are not having domain profile but using Exchange profile with VPN.But i have no idea about it.Please let me know if you have any.ThanksAmit Rawat
