CSISYNCCLIENT is using high amounts of CPU

Over the last few days Microsoft Office Document Cache Sync Client Interface (CSISYNCCLIENT) is using ~60% of the CPU.  This seems to be excessive.  This started after there was an error with office up loader.  There are no loner any up load errors that I can see and OneDrive seems to be syncing correctly.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you use The same account in Word and OneDrive? Disable "Use Office to sync files faster and work on files" and check the result.

I have Win 8.1 and Office 365, and this process is consuming 50% CPU (Core i5) constantly, even though I harly use the PC. This issue started recently, and has continued for over a week (so not just a sync exercise).

I have tried Office Repair, and clearing the Sync Cache (except CentralTable files which can't be deleted).

I can't see a option anywhere to "Disable Use Office to sync files faster and work on files". Can someone be more specific on where this option is? (or was this from the previous SkyDrive, and not actually relevant here).
