CRM 3.0 Email Router and Exchange 2007
We are currently running an Exchange mixed mode environement. However we can't completely move over to 2007 yet as we need to use the CRM Email Router on Exchange 2003. We have FE and BE Exchange 2003 servers, I want to get rid of the backend since it is not doing anything aprt from hosting the CRM router.I noticed that there is an updated router here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=f7656f0f-4195-4a7d-b654-2786787e1422&DisplayLang=en..which allows forwarding rules to be applied to mailboxes on Exchange 2007. However does the CRM Mailbox still need to reside on the Exchange 2003 server? Or can I put that on the Exch2007 and simply move the router service to the FE Exch2003 server?

Hope you found your answer, but I understand that you can move the CRM mailbox and then leave the router on the the EX03 server and it should work. Just working through this issue myself actually.rf
